So, what exactly is El Tauro?

At the moment, El Tauro is a vision that's gradually taking shape. My goal is to build a company that specializes in creating high-quality Mexican food products. That being said, El Tauro currently lives in my mind and heart. We're starting from the ground up. 'Desde Abajo.'

A lot of my inspiration comes from my mother. Like many moms, she spent hours in the kitchen, making sure everyone was fed and often cooking multiple meals throughout the day.

While she made most of her meals from scratch, there were days when she needed a shortcut—a 'hack' (a food product) to make things a little easier.

Why am I sharing this with you? Because I want to give you an idea of what El Tauro is all about. My mission is to create Mexican food products that simplify your life in the kitchen, products that save you time and energy without sacrificing quality.

Right now, I'm testing El Tauro's first product: Birria Sauce.
